Every order ships with tracking. Track your order here with your order number and email, or your tracking number.
- Use our tracking page. Open the order tracker and enter your order number and email, or the tracking number from your shipping email.
- Check your shipping email. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow it. Search your inbox, and your spam folder, for "HaloBeam".
- Look up your order in your account. Sign in with your email to see your order status. No password needed: we email you a one-time code.
- Still can't find it? Email support@gethalobeam.com with your order number and we'll send you the latest update.
How long does it take?
Most US orders arrive in 7–14 business days. After your order ships, tracking can take a few days to show its first update.
