Not happy with your HaloBeam? Email support@gethalobeam.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll refund the price of the item to your original payment method. You don't need to send it back.

Arrived damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, email support@gethalobeam.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send you a free replacement.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are not refunded, except when we send a replacement for an item that arrived damaged.

How refunds are issued

We'll email you once your refund is issued. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few business days to appear on your statement.
