Where we ship

We ship to the United States.

Delivery time

Orders to the US usually arrive in 7–14 business days.

Shipping cost

Shipping is a flat $5.00 on orders under $50. Orders of $50 or more ship free, so any 2 or more lamps ship free. The shipping cost is shown at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email support@gethalobeam.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement.
